Speciation Artisan Ales - Genetic Drift (2021)

Genetic Drift is an award winning open fermented saison that incorporates wild cultures from the air to influence the flavor profile. This saison was brewed with Michigan grown grain, dry hopped with Saaz & Centennial, and aged in a 1000 gallon oak barrel called a foeder. Like wine vintages, each batch varies from the last, showcasing the shifting of our culture along with the seasonal changes of ingredients.
