Unsurprisingly, Trys Vienuoliai or ‘Three Monks’, is inspired by Belgium – the land of Trappist breweries, Tintin, and some of Europe’s least comfortable roads. Using a blend of home-made caramel, lemon zest, and bananas, very first Belgian Tripel is characterised by its fruity notes, a hearty, syrupy body, and robust flavours of lightly-burnt sugar.
