Gilman Hibou Blanc

A traditional Belgian wheat beer, approachable and refreshing. Light color, medium/smooth body, hazy, with a rich white head. Subtle citrus/honey/spicy aromas complement a smooth wheat malt backbone and balances out into a refreshing, dry finish.
