In honor of the many festivals West Virginia has to offer Greenbrier Valle have produced a clean, crisp, and refreshing Kölsch-styled ale. This light beer is perfect for summer celebration libations as every pint pours golden with a delicate, fluffy head. The soft grain profile is balanced by the floral, citrusy, and slightly spicy essence of German grown Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops. A cool and slow fermentation by top-cropping Kölsch yeast creates a well-attenuated brew with a subtle fruity yeast character. This ale was left in the tank to cold-condition for several weeks for further clarification that builds its signature taste.
