Bottle: Served in a Chouffe glass: Large creamy head. Dark red body. Nose of malts, caramel, manure minerals, metallic, light port, meat, nuts... Flavour is malty, caramel, meat, bitters, nuts, light rye, bread, light gingerbread, toast... Aftertaste is malty, bitter, nutty, light dry... Low carbo, creamy close to silky mouthfeel, medium bodied.
