Alder - Gurken & Mustard

A free interpretation of Franconian kellers, but with a touch of originality given by the use of American Citra hops. It is not intended to be an IPL and is not a beer with an intense hop character. It retains the typical characteristics of a keller, but with a special twist. It has notes of honey and bread crust, accompanied by a herbaceous, floral and slightly citrus character that make it a beer for long, repeated drinking.
