H2O White Spirit

Snow white, mousy, somewhat loose and opening head, hazy pale straw blonde robe with greenish tinge. Aroma of ripe banana, coriander seed, green apples, minerals, white bread dough, soap. Fruity onset but restrained in sweetness, banana peel, green apple, green kiwi, crisp minerally carbonation, somewhat thin mouthfeel; soapy wheatiness in a thin way leading to a coriandered finish with a dash of dried lime peel refreshment, but more dominated by lingering banana and wheaty-soapy aspects. On the thin side even for a witbier, but technically decent enough and I can imagine enjoying this one cold on a hot summer day.
