Halfpenny Dryrish

They wanted a traditional Irish Stout full of bold roasty flavors, but lighter in mouthfeel and alcohol to make it an all-day drinking beer. The acidulated malt gives it a tiny bit of lactic tartness that is traditional in Irish Stouts, and serves to emphasize the dry mouthfeel.
