Helix Brewing - NEIPA

To create this gluten-free beer, we were inspired by the fruity, low bitterness IPAs of the Northeastern United States. The hop varieties Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo envelop us with their tropical aromas and our yeast adds a juicy texture with apricot notes.
