Hermitage Single Hop Series Idaho7

Idaho 7 is a relatively new variety from Jackson Hop Farm in Wilder, ID. It was first released for commercial use in 2015. Aroma and flavor characteristics make it great for late additions and dry hopping, but the alpha acid level is high enough to contribute solid bitterness.
