The light, citrusy taste of Lion Grass comes from locally sourced organic ingredients. Made with certified organic lemongrass and dandelion leaf then dry-hopped with Cascade hops, Lion Grass has hints of honey with a dry citrusy finish. Lion Grass was voted most refreshing craft beer by our members of provincial parliament. Brewed with a dry hop technique using cascade hops for a refreshing lemon taste.
