Hobsons Chase

Hobsons Chase is a beer of pedigree and synergy. Their friends and neighbours at Hobsons Brewery supplied us with a Barley Wash, made using locally grown Maris Otter malting barley, which they distilled and have since spent years conditioning in oak casks as it becomes our own Herefordshire Whisky. Hobsons Chase is the blending of their very first whisky (yet to be released on the market) and Postman's Knock from Hobsons to create a superlative whisky beer.
