Hocus Pocus Black Ocean

Black Ocean is an Oyster Stout made in collaboration between Hocus Pocus and Brewteco. It is based on a Dry Stout whose recipe calls for the same oysters that are served every week at the Brews. Oyster Stout is a classic style created around the 1930s in London: a dry beer with a mineral tone that, together with the roasted malts, proves to be the perfect choice to pair with oysters.
