Alder - Holiday Walk

Our interpretation of the Amber Ale style with an American twist. A beer with a light amber colour, brewed with a blend of English and German malts to give a base with delicate malty notes, with light hints of caramel and biscuit. The generous hopping with American hops also used in light dry hopping gives notes of citrus and ripe fruit, herbaceous and balsamic.
