Hopito Monster Mallows

Clear dark brown, practically black, low, unstable, beige head, a little lacing. Aroma chocolate, coffee, roasty, cocoa, slightly milky, a whiff of vanilla. Taste full, thick, sweetish, roasty, a bit sour. Carbonation medium to low. Bitterness medium, roasty. Aftertaste chocolate, roasty, bready, slightly milky. Nice, but I find it difficult to find the marshmallows.
