MANGO CHILLI SOUR ALE TO BRING THE TROPICAL HEAT! Finally, here's a chili-fruity batch that won't bite your face off! The story is simple, we wanted a mango sour, but of course with a twist. So we went for chilli, and to sweeten the spiciness a bit, we added lactose and vanilla. The end result exceeded our expectations, because the perfect flavour harmony of mango and lactose and the sweetness of the vanilla with the spiciness of the chilli gives something fantastic. It's simply fabulous with the sweet tropical fruitiness that comes at the end of the sip, the chilli absolutely doesn't rip your face off, but gives a pleasant lingering piquancy after the sip. Very smooth, very subtle, but incredibly refreshing, fruity and extra.
