Speciation Artisan Ales - Incipient (Black Currant)

Incipient is our Golden Sour beer brewed with pilsner malt, oats, & wheat. Fermented with wild and lab cultures, and open fermented for ultimate yeast expression and to capture additional wild cultures. We also added loads of black currant to this beer, which is the dominant flavor.
