Speciation Artisan Ales - Incipient (Red Wine Barrel Aged W/ Mango)

This is a Cultured Club member exclusive bottle. Incipient is our Golden Sour beer brewed with pilsner malt, oats, & wheat. Fermented with wild and lab cultures, and open fermented for ultimate yeast expression and to capture additional wild cultures. This base beer was then aged in red wine barrels with mango concentrate for 3 months.
