This is a Cultured Club member exclusive bottle. Incipient is our Golden Sour beer brewed with pilsner malt, oats, & wheat. Fermented with wild and lab cultures, and open fermented for ultimate yeast expression and to capture additional wild cultures. This base beer was then aged in red wine barrels for 6 months.
