Bierbeschreibung
Imperial Stout brewed in double mash with a blend of English and German malts, oats and cold-aged with the addition of specialty coffees Brazil/Bahia Catuai and Catucai (His Majesty Coffee).
The wort production process lasted 18 hours, with a very prolonged boiling in order to concentrate the wort and have a very high saccharometric density at the start of fermentation.
A black beer, very dense, almost not carbonated at all, full-bodied, oily and velvety. Characterised by the aromatic notes of fine coffee (almond and caramel), combined with hints of roasted malt and caramel, with hints of dark chocolate.
