Dark beer special brewed in honor of st. Rocha. Beer is brewed using conventional technology. The main fermentation takes place in fermentation, fermentation in lager tanks. Five types of malt are carefully selected for the production of dark 16%: light Pilsen malt from the malt house in Kroměříž, caramel, Viennese, Bavarian and colored malt from the malt house in Záhlinice Everything is mixed in a certain proportion. The beer is hopped with Saaz hops, sed caramel taste and aroma of roasted malt. Only local ingredients are used.
