Kelsen Brewing Company Caravela Kölsch Style Ale

Caravela is our interpretation of a Kölsch style ale. Named after the highly maneuverable Portuguese Caravel exploring ships; Caravela is intended to be light, crisp, and easy drinking. Brewed with Pilsner malt to impart a light breadiness, and Noble hops for a slight bitterness. Caravela is fermented with a German Kölsch yeast strain, and conditioned a lower temperatures to create an ultra smooth finish.
