Koch Confucius Ingver Stout

Beer color is black with red flares with chocolaty foam layer. Aroma is a mixture of roasted malt, summer blueberries and slight cocoa flavours. Ginger aroma is noticeable, but still humble and mild. There is a lightness to the beer, with roasted flavours on the dry-side and slight bitterness at first taste, but the palate will evolve into fruity juiceness in the end. A light smoky haze gives it a pleasant nuance – ginger being the finishing note.
