Kohola Brewery Down Wit Brown

This easy-drinking beer is one of a kind. A lightbodied twist on a now classic craft style. The traditional coriander and orange peel were toned down to allow the unique Jarrylo hops to shine through a bit more. This allows for a complex sweet, fruitiness on the nose and flavor of the beer, with the dark wheat providing a smooth, roasty finish. Malts - Dark Wheat, Pale Malt, Munich II, Oats, and Carafe Special III (a dark dehusked malt, used to give roast color with minimal roast flavor). Spices - Ground Coriander Seed, fresh orange peel. Yeast - House Belgian.
