In perfect Blonde Ale style , EVERGREEN is a fresh and thirst-quenching light beer, produced with a good percentage of wheat , which gives it a typical malty sweetness and a white hat of persistent foam. Its sweetness is well balanced by the use of noble hops that give it a dry finish that cleans the mouth recalling a new sip. The smell of malt is the first to reach the nose along with hints of bread crust and a herbaceous finish given by hops.
