La Foresta Tortuga

TORTUGA is American Pale ale with an amber color that reserves a taste and an unmistakable aroma, constitutes a revised version of the same style. The caramelized taste and the amber color is given by the special crystal malt used to produce it, the foam is fine and persistent. The main aroma is certainly that given by hops, added in late boiling, rich in hints of exotic fruits and citrus fruits, while the smell of malt takes second place.
