La Tour a Bieres La Blanche du Fjord

A beer that is easily drunk the first weeks and who knows how to assert afterwards. After a few months of aging, its citrus and coriander scent takes over the wheat giving it a delicious little bitter taste. Served cold, it becomes very refreshing. A beer in perpetual evolution that ages well. Named in this way to evoke the cold white snow that accumulates over the winter in the Saguenay Fjord.
