The Spiced Mead is their homage to the masala chai materialised in a beer style mead at 5.5% ABV. They took spices like Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise, roasted them whole and fermented them together with their custom blend of eucalyptus honey. This clear blonde mead will pleasantly surprise you with its taste profile and complex long finish. Like the rest of their brews, the Spiced mead is brewed from all natural ingredients with no additives, artificial flavouring or colouring. Highly recommended to be savoured chilled and in a glass.
