Up Periscope was concocted by two rakish young seamen and longtime bosom friends: Sean White (of Little Fish) and Ray Girard (of Yonkers Brewing Company). Up Periscope is an oak barrel fermented sour saison, dry hopped with whole cone Crystal hops.
