Lone Pint Zythophile Ella

American Two Row malted barley, Australian Ella hops (half-sister to Galaxy), and house yeast. Appearance is hazy orange with a solid white head. Nose is light bready malt with hints of orange and pine. Tastes initially of light malt sweetness and orange zest; followed by pungent grapefruit peel bitterness.
