L'Orso Verde Ruis

Low-fermented, light-coloured and misty beer with abundant foam. The bouquet features malts, herbaceous and spicy hints given by the hop. To the palate the barley malt is the protagonist, the rye spreads a delicate spiciness, the oat adds silkiness while the wheat gives sour sensations.
