Edge of the Continent Cider - Fresh pressed Pacific Northwest apples are fermented and blended into a semi-dry cider, then infused with hibiscus, rosebuds, rose hips and just a hint of French oak to create our refreshingly acidic and floral Rosé cider.
Tasting notes; Tart, Semi-Dry cider with aromas of Hibiscus, pears, mulling spices and honeydew melon. A brightly acidic pink cider with flavors reminiscent of Granny Smith apples, tart cherries and chamomile.
