Mad Paddle Quad Up!

Are proud to release seventh beer, Quad Up!, in honor of the four large breweries from Madison’s past: Salmon, Greiner, Madison and Union brewing companies. This inaugural brew by MP brewer Tonie Wycoff is inspired by classic Belgian beer styles. Traditional Belgian yeast creates wonderful flavors of banana and vanilla. Coffee from Madison’s G.H. Coffee was added to develop a unique flavor in conjunction with the roasted malts used. A wonderful beer to enjoy with roasted meats or rich chocolate desserts!
