MadCow Oxbow IPA

Oxen are typically used for the heavier farm work being one of the stronger types of cattle; MadCow brewery imagines after a long day, thier Oxbow would want to settle in for the night w/a nice hop forward beer like this one. The Oxbow IPA is medium bodied & aggressively hopped w/a technique called “whirlpool” hopping which adds a nice delicate citrusy aroma & flavor.
