Mallassepät Sysi

Black Sysi, or charcoal, is a traditional raw material used as fuel for a blacksmith's furnace, which is obtained when wood is heated in an oxygen-free state. Hence the saying “autumn black”. Now Sysi is also the beer of the Malters. In this context, the chocolate and toasty flavors combine with the large body, offering a rich and rich Imperial Stout.
