Taking inspiration from Maine, we dove into the concept of doing a hop-forward table beer. The trick was this: after dry-hopping, The Window was conditioned and went through secondary fermentation in the can. Its nose fights above its weight class with soft floral notes, peach skin and the sweetness of cotton candy.
