Spring is light and fresh saison-style beer. The Saisons have their roots in Belgium as well as in the north of France, where this style was once made for the recreation of field workers. Light, fresh and dry, yet fruity beer is suitable for consumption as such. Interpretation of Saison respects its inherent characteristics such as mild drunkenness, moderate alcohol content, light color, and refreshment. Added some oatmeal to round the flavor and give the beer a little texture. The village twist is brought by the green currant leaves, which give Spring a final touch with a little herbiness and freshness.
