Beetroot Biere De Garde collab with Tooth and Claw (Hartlepool, England). This 7% beer has over 40kg of beetroot in it! The beer has mild spicy phenolics, a big sweet fruity mouthfeel and a whack of beetroot before a deeper earthier beetroot and flavour develops, finally a hint of spicy beetroot and hops before a medium dry finish.
