Rough Waters - Mechan-Enkel

Mechan-enkel is our interpretation of a traditional Enkel. A low-alcohol beer originally brewed by/for monks. We brewed it in collaboration with the Rough Waters Gravel Grind, a 40/75 km bike tour through the trail system in the Humber Valley. This beer offers bready aromas from a blend of Pilsner and wheat malt with complex notes from our Belgian yeast. Additionally, there are aromas and flavors of citrus fruits, honey, and white pepper.
