Imperial Stout brewed in double mash with a blend of English and German malts, and oat flakes and added lactose.
The wort production process lasted 18 hours, with a very prolonged boiling in order to concentrate the wort and have a very high saccharometric density at the start of fermentation.
A very dense, slightly carbonated, full-bodied, oily and velvety black beer. Characterised by notes of coffee, cappuccino, toffee, with hints of cocoa and dark chocolate.
