'Mexico Sour: Mango Chamoy' is a fruited gose laden with apricot, mango, and lime purée, as well as hibiscus flowers and a touch of ancho chilli powder. The result is smooth, fruity & tangy. Beer Lab for July 2025 is a series of fruited gose based on Mexican desserts. Inspired by the flavours of Mexico, and in collaboration with chef Mariana de la Garza, we've created a trio of sours using various fruits & spices. **Contains gluten & lactose**
