Mintaka Gargantua

Beer in brown-black color, medium carbonation, small foam without leaving lace on the glass. In the aroma a lot of coffee, some bitter cocoa and raspberries in the background. The taste of raspberries come out a little more, you can also feel a slight lactose accent. Coffee remains, bitter cocoa as well. Finely lightly roasted and slightly acidic finish. Alcohol well hidden. The beer is generally dry, although it does not lack body. Probably the best beer from Mintaki that I've tried.
