Miodosytnia Imbiorowicz Mead Hops and Juniper

Straw-colored, almost clear, a delicate suspension is rising. Foam appears, but super unstable, immediately reduces leaving a poor wedding ring. Sweet, alcoholic aroma, a lot of solvent, some flowers. A strange mixture, but pleasant enough, it is not repulsive, it is not associated with honey. There is little to the taste. It is quite empty, slightly sweet, at the end the aftertaste has a hint of alcohol and a pleasant 'green' tartness. Honey is also slightly scrolled here and there, but it is quite poor. In the mouth it gives the impression of thin, watery, unnecessarily too high carbonated - with such a high alcohol content it is not pleasant. Profession, I was hoping for something much better.
