Miodosytnia Imbiorowicz Żądło z Beczki

Clear straw, some "legs". Aroma sweet, buckwheat honey, fruits, a little flowers, tiny hints of wood, somewhat spicy. Taste smooth, thick, sweet but not extremely so. Carbonation unimportant. Bitterness low. Aftertaste fruity, slightly wooden, flowers. Nice, but the barrel aging doesn't seem to have done much for this mead.
