Mlinarica Mrzljak Sticke Alt Bier

Underground beer collaboration. A year ago met an excellent homebrewer from Markusevac named Igor Koledic, the co-founder of brewshop.hr, some of whom are better known in the forum as Petro. Drinking beers together, Igor was interested in a style of beer, less familiar to us by then, and to his liking, Sticke altbier. After a while, Igor brought us a beer and said, "This is what Sticke alt I told you, try it", his beer delighted us and soon agreed on a joint collaboration, so in a few months brewed together Sticke alt according to his recipe. The Sticke altbier is an old traditional beer style that originated in Dusseldorf, a stronger version of the classic Altbier, fuller body, more bold, and still extremely drinkable as the Altbier should be. Seasoned version with a noble variety of the German Tettnanger hops, which was added to the dry hops, and gave the beer spiciness and pleasant bitterness.
