Mlinarica Saison 00

Another new beer from us, are not long. For this beer, specifically purchased the yeast from White Labs WLP 590, which tested at homebrew and marveled at its complexity. First of all, the WLP590 gives us a very strong pear aroma, then the aromas of red apple come and it all ends with a slight spiciness. As were delighted with this yeast, decided to create a Saison series, and so it is the first in the Saison 00 series where you will first be introduced to the flavors of WLP590. Why Saison 00? Because the final gravity of 1,000 would at least never say that because at some point this yeast gave a slight sweetness to the finish, while the dryness can hardly be felt. Saison 00 is cooked before the 2nd of the month, duly aged and ready to enjoy the upcoming warm spring days.
