Monde 25 Degres

Extra strong Malt Liquor. The “25 º”, fruit of the long labours of Head Brewer, needed a careful blend of malts and multiple fermentations. Aged in whiskey barrels and cryoconcentrated, alcohol aromas are present on the nose, followed by a touch of iodine, which confirms peaty malts. Syrupy and bubble-free, the soft, smoky flavours unite with tastes of prunes, toffee, dark chocolate and the warmth of alcohol. This product should age well. Once opened, the “25 º” will keep in the refrigerator for several weeks.
