Nut Brown Ale.
Inspired by 18th century British brewing traditions, within which they brewed with 100% roasted malt, brown ales regained their popularity around 1920, and mainly consisted of pale malt along with a percentage of specialty malts. L’Écurieux, with its malty and toasted hazelnut flavours, is inspired by the traditions of north-eastern England, while its dark colour and somewhat sweet flavour pay tribute to southern versions. L’Écurieux will certainly quench your curiosity.
