Monde Lichtenhainer

In the wide world of brewing, it’s not unusual to discover regions where astonishing beer styles were created. In a city once known as Lichtenhain, just north of Bavaria, they once brewed a relatively light smoked beer with a slightly acidic profile: Lichtenhainer. Modern version is smoky on the nose with a light fruity touch. On the palate, the honeyed flavour is supported by a refreshing tartness. Lichtenhainer is a hazy blonde ale with an unexpected but truly enjoyable character.
