Monde Mille

With a nod to Saint-Hyacinthe terroir, the 1000e is fermented with wild yeast found on local strawberries. The result is a complex golden beer that combines fruit and malt flavours with notes of honey and spice, rounded off with hints of red berries and pink peppercorn.
